At KEYZZZ Global, we work hard to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Below are the details of our return and refund policies to guide you through the process:
Eligibility for Returns:
Physical Products:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Items that show excessive use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.
Digital Products:
Digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased.
Service Hours (Packages):
Unused hours: Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Typically, one rollover hour is allowed unless pre-approved.
Administrative Fee: A processing fee may be applied to refunded hours.
Coaching Packages:
Full refunds may be granted depending on the timeline and reason for cancellation. An administrative fee may apply.
Workshops:
Seats are refundable up until 24 hours prior to the workshop. After this period, refunds are not available. Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed case-by-case.
Subscriptions:
Subscriptions are reviewed individually. To avoid charges, cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Return Process:
Contact us at support@keyzzzglobal.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on shipping the item back to us.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped.
Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Administrative Fees:
For non-defective returns or cancellations, a $15 administrative fee may apply.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used products.
Items damaged after delivery.
Digital products.
Additional Notes:
We reserve the right to deny refunds to customers who repeatedly cancel or return items that appear to have been made in bad faith.
